Black Garlic Gnocchi with Peas and Mushrooms | 意式黑蒜蘑菇馬鈴薯丸子

Black garlic is a unique cooking ingredient commonly used in Asian cuisine. It is aged or fermented garlic that has rich umami, slightly sweet taste that is excellent for as sauce and dressing bases. A study showed that black garlic has higher amounts of antioxidants and biological activity than regular garlic. In TCM, it is believed to help with constipation, high blood pressure/sugar, to boost immunity.
