Directions

1. Combine hawthorn berries, frozen mixed berries, osmanthus flower, cane sugar, and water in a pot. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until everything softens and reaches a compote consistency.

2. Let cool. Put 2 tablespoons of the mixture into the bottom of each serving glass. 

3. Top with kombucha or sparkling water and serve.
